By accessing and using Easy QR Cloud ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Easy QR Cloud is a QR code management platform that allows users to:
- Generate and manage QR codes
- Upload and organize files (images, videos, audio)
- Integrate with Google Drive for cloud storage
- Share files through QR code access
- Manage user accounts and administrative functions
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Google Drive Integration
Important Notice:
Our service integrates with Google Drive. By using this integration, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these terms.
4.1 OAuth2 Authorization
- You grant us permission to access your Google Drive through OAuth2
- We will create and manage folders in your Google Drive ("QRCloud" folder)
- You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings
- Revoking access may affect the functionality of our service
4.2 File Storage and Organization
- Files are organized in a "QRCloud" folder in your Google Drive
- Each QR code gets its own subfolder (QR_[code])
- We maintain file metadata in our database for service functionality
- Files remain in your Google Drive until you delete them
5. File Upload and Public Access
Critical Notice:
Files uploaded through our service are made publicly accessible. Anyone with the QR code can access these files through the generated URLs.
5.1 File Upload Guidelines
- You may only upload files you own or have permission to share
- Files must comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Illegal content or content that violates laws
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Malicious software or harmful content
- Adult content or inappropriate material
- Content that promotes violence or hate speech
5.2 Public File Access
- Files are accessible to anyone with the QR code URL
- We do not control who accesses your files
- You are responsible for the content you upload and share
- Consider the implications of making files publicly accessible
6. Acceptable Use Policy
6.1 Permitted Uses
- Personal file organization and sharing
- Business file management (with appropriate permissions)
- Educational content sharing
- Creative content distribution
6.2 Prohibited Uses
- Uploading illegal or harmful content
- Violating intellectual property rights

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the security or privacy of uploaded files
- We are not responsible for third-party services (Google Drive, etc.)
11.2 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy QR Cloud from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
